The Moose Jaw River Watershed Stewards, South Saskatchewan River Watershed Stewards, Swift Current Creek Watershed Stewards, Wascana & Upper Qu’Appelle Watersheds Association Taking Responsibility, and Old Wives Watershed Association are excited to announce to launch of our Watershed Wonders education kit series!
Thanks to the generous funding provided by the Water Security Agency (WSA) and Plains Midstream Canada we were able to develop 3 fun and engaging educational kits for teachers, parents, and summer camps. These kits were developed for kids between the ages of 6-13+. However, any age can use and enjoy these wonderful activities. Each kit contains a guide outlining 5-6 activities and many exciting items including models, animal track stamps, and real beaver pelts and skulls.
These kits can be found with us in Moose Jaw and with the Swift Current Creek Watershed Stewards (Swift Current), South Saskatchewan River Watershed Stewards (Saskatoon), Wascana & Upper Qu’Appelle Watersheds Association Taking Responsibility (Regina), and Old Wives Watershed Association (Gravelbourg).
